Two people were injured Friday in an explosion, fire outside Whitehall Hotel in downtown Houston, Texas, the United States, local media reported.
Witnesses reported hearing an explosion followed by a fire at a building near the hotel in downtown Houston, said the report.
The incident occurred at about 1 p.m local time. Emergency crews responded around 1:30 p.m. to the incident site near the Whitehall Hotel.
