Oil tanker Minerva returning to Venezuelan waters
The U.S. and Venezuela carried out a joint operation to return the oil tanker Minerva to Venezuelan waters, the South American nation's oil ministry and state-run oil firm PDVSA said in a joint statement on Friday. The ship had taken off "without payment or authorization by Venezuelan authorities," according to the statement.
