Saudi crown prince, Syrian leader discuss bilateral relations

Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud met with visiting Syrian interim leader Ahmed al-Sharaa in Jeddah on Tuesday.



The two leaders reviewed opportunities to support and develop bilateral ties in various fields, the Saudi Press Agency reported.



They also discussed recent regional developments and coordinated their responses.



The Syrian presidency said the two sides discussed ways to strengthen cooperation in economic and investment fields, as well as regional connectivity projects, while reviewing regional and international developments of mutual interest.
