Magnitude 6.1 earthquake hits offshore Coquimbo, Chile

        A Magnitude 6.1 earthquake struck offshore the Chilean city of Coquimbo on Saturday, the European-Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC) said. The quake was 73 kilometers (45.36 miles) below the earth's surface, EMSC said.
