Peru Congress summoned to debate Boluarte's impeachment

Peruvian lawmakers have been summoned to a plenary session at 9 p.m. (0200 GMT) to debate a series of motions presented earlier on Thursday to impeach the country's deeply unpopular President Dina Boluarte.
