1 civilian killed, 3 injured as blast rocks E. Afghan's Ghazni city

At least one civilian lost his life and three others sustained injuries as a blast rocked Ghazni city the capital of eastern Ghazni province, provincial government spokesman Aref Nuri said.
Nuri said, "An explosive device planted by militants on a vase in Ghazni city went off at around 01:00 a.m. local time killing one civilian and injuring three others."
The official, however, blamed the enemies of peace base, a reference to the Taliban militants for organizing the blast.
