Named as a 2025 artist to watch by Rolling Stone and InStyle, flowerovlove returns
with her melodic new single, “Shady”.
She wrote the track with GRAMMY® winner PomPom (John Legend, Suki Waterhouse), who also produced, and Skyler Stonestreet.
“Shady” is the follow-up to her summer hit, “I’m your first,” which appeared on NME’s
Best New Tracks and New Bangers playlists. Wonderland said, “The track is cinematic, a ballad for the internet age, with a soaring chorus.” Clash praised it as a “punchy piece of pop confection…flowerovlove lets her paramour know she is their first baddie.”
