Yuika, who just turned 21 this month, officially kicks off 2026 with the release of her new single “I Can’t Be a Princess” (original Japanese title: お姫様にはなれない).
The song was written specifically as the ending theme for the anime series ’Tis Time for “Torture,” Princess Season 2 .
Like the princess in the anime, “even in days filled with nothing but bewilderment, may the day come when I can love them all” – this straightforward, refreshing song was woven with such message in mind.
