Given that the Hong Kong Observatory has issued a heavy rain warning, the Labour Department reminds employers and contractors to implement necessary work arrangements and appropriate safety measures to protect their employees' safety when performing electrical work or handling electrical installations. Employees must also cooperate with their employers/contractors, comply with safety instructions, and use safety equipment.
