No new cases of Chikungunya fever have been reported in Hong Kong

The Centre for Health Protection (CHP) of the Department of Health (DH) stated that as of 5:00 PM yesterday (the 23rd), no new cases of Chikungunya fever had been reported.



The CHP reminds the public to take appropriate anti-mosquito and personal protective measures, especially after returning to Hong Kong from areas where mosquito-borne diseases are prevalent. If symptoms such as fever or acute joint pain occur, seek medical attention immediately and inform your doctor of your travel history.
